Maintaining a safe job site is critical to our business. Schlouch emphasizes safety in all of its training
programs and at every job site. Each Schlouch field team has at least two OSHA Competent Persons who know
what is required and are responsible to maintain a safe work site. No matter what sitework function we are
performing, our competent safety personnel monitor field practices making Schlouch's safety record one of
the best in the industry.
To keep our safety standards high, Schlouch crews start every morning with a safety huddle to review and
address potential safety hazards that might be encountered during the day. Job sites are subject to regular
safety audits by outside consultants to make certain all work meets our strict safety standards. Our diligence
pays great rewards in preventing injuries on the job. We take pride in the fact that our employees work safely.
